Simple Terminology

In many of my eraslife was dukkha,uneasy, awkward, out of joint.This could be called universalin being both inside and out,which fit together.Now liberation was possiblebecause both were empty,inside and out, self and world.Thus false stricturesmay cease,to leave an ease.
